IMK Technologies respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use USCIS Case Tracker.

2. Information We Collect
The Service is designed to minimize data collection. We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as immigration case numbers, case labels, and preferences entered into the app. This information is used solely to provide the Service’s functionality.
We do not require account registration, and we do not collect government-issued identification, financial information, or sensitive personal data unless explicitly provided by the user.
We do not use your case data for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes. Your information is not sold or shared for commercial profiling.
3. Local Data Storage
By default, user-entered case information is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the application, locally stored data is deleted from your device.
IMK Technologies does not require users to upload case data to company servers in order to use the core features of the Service.
This means your case data stays on your phone under your control, unless you choose to share it or use an optional feature that requires a network request.
4. Server Communication
In limited cases, the Service may communicate with external servers to retrieve publicly available information or to enable features such as notifications. Such communications do not include storing personal immigration case details on IMK Technologies’ servers unless explicitly disclosed.
When the Service connects to external sources, it does so only to fetch the data needed to complete your request. We aim to minimize any data sent and do not retain your case details on our systems for core functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party platforms or websites at the user’s request. IMK Technologies does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they choose to access.
6. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, the Service may send informational alerts related to your case tracking preferences. Notification delivery depends on device settings and third-party services and cannot be guaranteed.
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. If disabled, no further alerts will be sent by the Service.
7. Data Security
IMK Technologies implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information handled by the Service. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because case information is stored locally on your device, you control access through your device security settings such as passcodes, biometrics, and system permissions. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected.
We design the Service to limit data exposure and only request the minimum access needed to provide features. We also review our safeguards regularly to keep pace with industry best practices.
8. Data Retention
User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may delete your data at any time by removing cases within the app or uninstalling the application.
If you remove a case from the Service, the associated information is deleted from your device. Uninstalling the app removes any locally stored data.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. IMK Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
IMK Technologies may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
